For 10 years, the annual Ecovadis assessment has been a requirement we impose on ourselves to ensure our continued progress and meet the highest sustainability standards in our industry. This ongoing commitment allows us to measure our progress, identify areas for improvement, and strengthen our positive impact on society and the environment.<\/p><p>JEMS is certified\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.bureauveritas.fr\/magazine\/iso-27001-incontournable-cybersecurite\">ISO 27001<\/a>\u00a0which is the international standard for information security management. Risk management now includes threats related to unforeseen events such as climate change, which we have taken into account in the sustainability of our company.<\/p><p>At JEMS, we have decided to follow the trajectory of the\u00a0<b><strong>Science-Based Target Initiative (SBTi)<\/strong><\/b>\u00a0to structure our commitment to reducing our greenhouse gas emissions. JEMS is one of the 5% of digital services companies that have made an SBTI commitment. This approach allows us to align ourselves with the objectives of\u00a0<b><strong>the Paris Agreement<\/strong><\/b>\u00a0and actively contribute to\u00a0<b><strong>limit global temperature rise<\/strong><\/b>. In January 2024, we formalized our commitment, with the goal of\u00a0<b><strong>reduce our GHG emissions by 50% by 2030<\/strong><\/b>, including objectives for\u00a0<b><strong>scopes 1, 2 and 3<\/strong><\/b>\u00a0by 2034. This commitment drives us to develop concrete initiatives and strengthen our collaboration with our stakeholders to maximize our impact and promote a more just and sustainable future.<\/p><p>Since 2019, we have signed the\u00a0<b><strong>diversity Charter<\/strong><\/b>, affirming our commitment to promoting inclusion and diversity within our company.
