All tasks performed by our employees are aligned with the\u00a0<strong>4 values of JEMS<\/strong>\u00a0: commitment, agility, boldness, and diversity. The solidarity commitment of our employees at JEMS <\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-3c82e66 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"3c82e66\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>JEMS has joined the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.vendredi.cc\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Vendredi platform<\/a>\u00a0since 2022. Vendredi allows us to facilitate our employees' commitment to their\u00a0<strong>volunteer and community service activities.<\/strong>\u00a0It provides us with a way to coordinate and track our employees' social and environmental initiatives, while promoting a\u00a0<strong>positive impact on society<\/strong>. Volunteers, spread across all our agencies, are the driving force behind our CSR initiatives. <br \/><br \/>They play a key role in representing JEMS at important events such as those promoting diversity and equal opportunities, while ensuring the implementation of our initiatives around\u00a0<strong>4 fundamental pillars of our CSR<\/strong>\u00a0: social, societal, and environmental issues, governance.
