Ouvert \u00e0 tous les salari\u00e9s, il a r\u00e9uni plusieurs centaines de personnes sur 3 jours. Mais organiser un s\u00e9minaire demande de gros investissements \u00e0 la fois humain et financier. Pourquoi investir autant ? Am\u00e9liore-t-on r\u00e9ellement la performance et la motivation ? Et enfin il y a le s\u00e9minaire d\u2019entreprise.<\/p><p>Il est l\u00e0 pour r\u00e9soudre une probl\u00e9matique donn\u00e9e, trouver un int\u00e9r\u00eat commun, ou am\u00e9liorer le travail en \u00e9quipe.<\/p><p>Originalement, le mot s\u00e9minaire emprunte son origine au mot latin\u00a0<em>seminarium<\/em>, qui signifie \u00ab\u00a0p\u00e9pini\u00e8re\u00a0\u00bb. Un s\u00e9minaire serait donc l\u2019endroit sur lequel on fait pousser de jeunes v\u00e9g\u00e9taux en vue du repiquage et de la multiplication. Par extension un s\u00e9minaire est donc un endroit qui forme et qui fournit des personnes aptes \u00e0 une activit\u00e9. Chez JEMS nous ne l\u2019entendons pas tout \u00e0 fait comme \u00e7a. Le philosophe allemand Arthur Schopenhauer l\u2019exprime aussi simplement avec\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/la-philosophie.com\/schopenhauer-porc-epic\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">son dilemme du porc-epic<\/a>\u00a0: l\u2019Homme ne peut ni vivre seul ni vivre en promiscuit\u00e9. Le lien est indispensable.<\/p><p>C\u2019est ce lien que nous avons en t\u00eate lorsque nous organisons un s\u00e9minaire. Pas de pr\u00e9sentation power point \u00e0 ingurgiter pendant 3h, pas de probl\u00e8me \u00e0 r\u00e9soudre mais apprendre \u00e0 se connaitre les uns les autres pour mieux se respecter.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-ad7e6ad elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"ad7e6ad\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Un s\u00e9minaire pour mieux se connaitre\n<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-40462ce elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"40462ce\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Depuis que je suis chez JEMS, nous organisons des s\u00e9minaires. En moyenne un par an\u00a0: Cote d\u2019Azur, Sicile et Portugal. Ils regroupent environ de 300 \u00e0 400 personnes sur 3 jours. La majorit\u00e9 des personnes ne se connaissent pas car nos consultants sont en mission chez le client, ou travaillent \u00e0 distance o\u00f9 sur l\u2019un des nombreux sites en r\u00e9gion Nantes, Lyon, Tunisie, Suisse, Bordeaux, etc.<\/p><p>Ce n\u2019est donc pas une t\u00e2che facile d\u2019apprendre \u00e0 mieux se connaitre, \u00e0 oser parler \u00e0 l\u2019autre qui finalement est mon miroir (lui aussi ne connaissant qu\u2019un petit cercle de personnes). Mais quelle belle opportunit\u00e9 donn\u00e9e que de pouvoir rencontrer d\u2019autres univers, d\u2019autres points de vue sur le monde ou simplement passer un bon moment. Le r\u00e9seautage est une comp\u00e9tence clef pour tout professionnel. A un moment donn\u00e9 de votre carri\u00e8re, que vous le vouliez ou non, c\u2019est m\u00eame par le r\u00e9seau que vous trouverez vos opportunit\u00e9s de d\u00e9veloppement.<\/p><p>Faire du r\u00e9seau (du networking) ce n\u2019est pas pour les l\u00e8ches-bottes, les profiteurs ou les extravertis qui adorent les interactions. C\u2019est une opportunit\u00e9 d\u2019apprendre et d\u2019\u00e9largir vos connaissances ou vos comp\u00e9tences pour votre travail. Personne ne d\u00e9tient la v\u00e9rit\u00e9 et nous avons tous un prisme de lecture du monde diff\u00e9rent.<\/p><p>Il n\u2019y a pas souvent des opportunit\u00e9s dans la vie o\u00f9 l\u2019on peut rencontrer tant de personnes en un temps si court.
