contemporaines relatives \u00e0 l\u2019intelligence artificielle et au big data sont pr\u00e9sentes au quotidien dans notre vie de citoyens. En revanche, nous ne sommes pas habitu\u00e9s \u00e0 les utiliser en entreprises pour cr\u00e9er des services.<\/p><p>Aujourd\u2019hui les donn\u00e9es dans les entreprises repr\u00e9sentent une valeur consid\u00e9rable et souvent m\u00e9connue. C\u2019est ce qu\u2019on appelle le patrimoine de donn\u00e9es, les biens h\u00e9rit\u00e9s des ascendants, avec ici l\u2019entreprise pour ascendant. Et c\u2019est parce que nous travaillons tous souvent en silos que ce patrimoine reste m\u00e9connu. L\u2019acculturation \u00e0 la donn\u00e9e doit d\u00e9sormais concerner tous les niveaux de l\u2019entreprise.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-582898e elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"582898e\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Le premier pas n\u2019est-il pas de d\u00e9finir une m\u00e9thodologie pour savoir quoi faire de ces donn\u00e9es ?<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-658453b elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"658453b\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Il faut, en tout premier lieu, r\u00e9aliser un travail de cartographie. O\u00f9 se trouvent ces donn\u00e9es ? Qui les a ? Comment ont-elles \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9colt\u00e9es et qui les utilisent ? Notre conviction, chez JEMS Group, est que toutes les entreprises poss\u00e8dent un patrimoine de donn\u00e9es. Ce patrimoine c\u2019est leur bien leur plus pr\u00e9cieux. A partir de l\u00e0, il va \u00eatre possible de b\u00e2tir de nouveaux mod\u00e8les \u00e9conomiques ou de nouvelles lignes de produits.<\/p><p>Nous avons mis en place une m\u00e9thode tr\u00e8s structur\u00e9e pour construire ces mod\u00e8les. Toutes les donn\u00e9es sont bonnes. Il ne faut rien jeter qu\u2019il s\u2019agisse de donn\u00e9es compl\u00e8tes, incompl\u00e8tes, anciennes, li\u00e9es aux syst\u00e8mes de production, etc. Il faut tout garder puisque ces donn\u00e9es, l\u2019entreprise concurrente ne les poss\u00e8de pas. Cela servira plus tard m\u00eame si, aujourd\u2019hui, on ignore comment.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-5b3c680 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"5b3c680\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h3 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">\u00ab La valeur de l\u2019entreprise, c\u2019est d\u00e9sormais la donn\u00e9e \u00bb est une affirmation que l\u2019on entend prononcer de plus en plus souvent. Quand on souligne que la valeur c\u2019est la donn\u00e9e, on veut faire comprendre que nous sommes dans un monde qui baigne dans la data et que les entreprises qui continueraient \u00e0 l\u2019ignorer vont finir par \u00eatre pouss\u00e9es hors de leurs march\u00e9s.
