Chez JEMS, nous savons qu\u2019une strat\u00e9gie data-driven repose sur une vision claire : la donn\u00e9e doit \u00eatre accessible, utile et intelligible pour l\u2019utilisateur final.<\/p><p>L\u2019objectif de cette collaboration \u00e9tait simple mais exigeant : fournir aux commerciaux des insights actionnables, clairs et contextualis\u00e9s, pour am\u00e9liorer l\u2019efficacit\u00e9 en rendez-vous client et renforcer la relation commerciale. Cependant, la complexit\u00e9 des syst\u00e8mes d\u2019information et la multiplicit\u00e9 des applications en silos rendaient la t\u00e2che ardue. La premi\u00e8re question pos\u00e9e dans tout projet de data visualisation est :\u00a0<strong>\u201cPour qui et pour quoi ?\u201d<\/strong>\u00a0Cette d\u00e9marche permet d\u2019aligner l\u2019ensemble du projet sur les besoins r\u00e9els des utilisateurs, en r\u00e9pondant aux questions sp\u00e9cifiques qu\u2019ils se posent avant, pendant et apr\u00e8s un rendez-vous. La m\u00e9thodologie UX appliqu\u00e9e ici ne se contente pas de livrer des visualisations graphiques : elle structure les informations de mani\u00e8re \u00e0 permettre une compr\u00e9hension intuitive et rapide, en ne retenant que l\u2019essentiel.<\/p><p>Pour y parvenir, l\u2019\u00e9quipe a adopt\u00e9 le mod\u00e8le du\u00a0<strong>\u201cjob to be done\u201d<\/strong>, qui consiste \u00e0 s\u2019int\u00e9resser aux objectifs concrets des utilisateurs. Par exemple, le commercial doit pr\u00e9parer une visite chez un installateur : il a besoin d\u2019une vue synth\u00e9tique, d\u2019informations sur les produits r\u00e9cemment install\u00e9s, sur les potentiels retours d\u2019exp\u00e9rience, ou encore sur des \u00e9l\u00e9ments de satisfaction client. En centralisant cette data dans un format simple et visuel, chaque point de contact avec l\u2019information offre une valeur d\u2019usage imm\u00e9diate et pertinente. Chaque nouveau prototype est test\u00e9 et ajust\u00e9 en fonction des retours, garantissant que le projet avance dans la bonne direction et reste ax\u00e9 sur la cr\u00e9ation de valeur pour l\u2019utilisateur final.<\/p><p>Cette approche collaborative est fond\u00e9e sur une\u00a0<strong>v\u00e9rification syst\u00e9matique de la faisabilit\u00e9 technique<\/strong>. \u00c0 chaque it\u00e9ration, les designers UX valident avec les data analysts et les data engineers que les donn\u00e9es sont disponibles et exploitables, et que les insights g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9s peuvent \u00eatre correctement interpr\u00e9t\u00e9s par les commerciaux sur le terrain. Cette vue synth\u00e9tique a rencontr\u00e9 un accueil enthousiaste de la part des utilisateurs, qui voient un v\u00e9ritable gain de temps et une am\u00e9lioration de la pertinence des informations disponibles avant chaque rendez-vous client.<\/p><p>En parall\u00e8le, la\u00a0<strong>cr\u00e9ation d\u2019une m\u00e9t\u00e9o client<\/strong>\u00a0permet aux commerciaux d\u2019avoir une vision globale de l\u2019\u00e9tat de la relation avec chaque client.
