JEMS is committed to a sustainable, transparent, and ethical approach through compliance with all applicable regulations, including the highest safety standards ISO 27001, GDPR. Governance translates into the creation of a cross-functional CSR management which relies on operational and support departments: legal, HR, marketing, finance, information systems, and digital.
JEMS has implemented rigorous policies to combat corruption and ensure information security.
Among its notable achievements, JEMS stands out for its due diligence programs on third parties, regular audits to prevent breaches of information security. monitoring procedures such as setting up alerts to report any behavior that contravenes its ethical values, helps maintain a high level of vigilance.
An ethical charter has been adopted covering the principles of integrity, transparency, respect for human rights, and protection of the environment. This charter has been released at all levels of the organization and to our stakeholders. JEMS has implemented regular training activities to raise awareness and train all our employees and managers in ethical principles and CSR issues.
I. Certification
JEMS is certified Cybervadis through the company's cyber risk assessment platform.
We are proud to have been awarded the Ecovadis Platinum label this year, in recognition of our commitment to sustainable and responsible practices. For 10 years, the annual Ecovadis assessment has been a requirement we impose on ourselves to ensure our continued progress and meet the highest sustainability standards in our industry. This ongoing commitment allows us to measure our progress, identify areas for improvement, and strengthen our positive impact on society and the environment.
JEMS is certified ISO 27001 which is the international standard for information security management. Risk management now includes threats related to unforeseen events such as climate change, which we have taken into account in the sustainability of our company.
At JEMS, we have decided to follow the trajectory of the Science-Based Target Initiative (SBTi) to structure our commitment to reducing our greenhouse gas emissions. JEMS is one of the 5% of digital services companies that have made an SBTI commitment. This approach allows us to align ourselves with the objectives of the Paris Agreement and actively contribute to limit global temperature rise. In January 2024, we formalized our commitment, with the goal of reduce our GHG emissions by 50% by 2030, including objectives for scopes 1, 2 and 3 by 2034. This approach helps us move transparently and effectively toward a more sustainable future for our ecosystem.
II. Labels and charters
Since 2014, JEMS has been a signatory to the United Nations Global Compact and has incorporated Sustainable Development Goals into its CSR strategy. We have selected 8 SDGs, responding to sector priorities such as reducing inequality, gender equality, good health and well-being, and combating climate change. This commitment drives us to develop concrete initiatives and strengthen our collaboration with our stakeholders to maximize our impact and promote a more just and sustainable future.
Since 2019, we have signed the diversity Charter, affirming our commitment to promoting inclusion and diversity within our company. This initiative is part of our mission to create a work environment where every individual, regardless of their background, gender, religion, or differences, feels respected and valued.
Actively fighting all forms of discrimination in order to build an inclusive society and a sustainable world. That is why we are committed to the “Les entreprises s’engagent” Community as a representative of the Ile-de-France community.
We are proud to commit to the manifesto Planet Tech Care, a program that highlights our commitment to adopting sustainable and responsible practices in our digital services and solutions. Since adopting this approach, we have made environmental responsibility an annual goal in order to continuously measure and improve our environmental impact.
