Societal pillar
The societal pillar of CSR at JEMS consists of engaging employees in favor of society and stakeholders (associations, institutions, schools) by participating in impactful community projects. All tasks performed by our employees are aligned with the 4 values of JEMS : commitment, agility, boldness, and diversity. JEMS is committed to a sustainable, transparent, and ethical approach through compliance with all regulations.
I. The solidarity commitment of our employees at JEMS
JEMS has joined the Vendredi platform since 2022. Vendredi allows us to facilitate our employees' commitment to their volunteer and community service activities. It provides us with a way to coordinate and track our employees' social and environmental initiatives, while promoting a positive impact on society. Projects can be carried out during employees' personal or professional time at a rate of two days per employee per year.
In total, nearly JEMS grants 1,000 days per year for social engagement.Employees also have the opportunity to engage the associations they already volunteer for or even create special missions for JEMS employees.
II. CSR Ambassadors at JEMS
The network of CSR ambassadors at JEMS is an essential part of our Company Social Responsibility strategy. Volunteers, spread across all our agencies, are the driving force behind our CSR initiatives.
They play a key role in representing JEMS at important events such as those promoting diversity and equal opportunities, while ensuring the implementation of our initiatives around 4 fundamental pillars of our CSR : social, societal, and environmental issues, governance. They strengthen our local roots and actively contribute to the achievement of our objectives and the promotion of our CSR policy.
