JEMS at the heart of UX

The UX days took place on 25 and 26 May at the Grande Halle de la Villette.

JEMS et les équipes Design de Paris et de Bruxelles étaient présentes pour présenter aux 800 participants le savoir-faire UX de JEMS. Les équipes Design ont également tenu des ateliers thématiques sur l’IA, la grande star de la rencontre, et sur l’Atomic Research qui ont rencontré un bel engouement.

An innovative offer that greatly interested the UX community

The UX days also provided an opportunity for the Design teams to present the new offering. Data by Design around three main service areas that build on JEMS's data expertise.

  • The axis of valuation, accessibility and visualisation of data with The Dixit offer who helps companies master end-user business intelligence tools.
  • The axis of Knowledge and optimisation user experience dedicated to the creation of digital applications through ideation, prototyping, and testing processes, mobilising our UX researchers, UX writers, and UX/UI designers.
  • And finally, the axis of’Business support in their growth strategy. Our UX Strategists, using Data Thinking, analyse the potential of data assets and uncover new use cases through quantitative data analysis, a qualitative research approach, interviews, behavioural knowledge, and the identification of key relevant socio-cultural verticals.

Our presence has led us to increase the visibility of the JEMS brand within the UX community. We were also able to measure, through very in-depth discussions, designers' interest in using data and its potential for implementation, whether in its organisational models or its automatic (AI) or human operation and to what extent this issue represents a new frontier to explore.
