This personal data protection policy aims to provide you with all the information you need to understand how we process your data on the JEMS website. 1/ Who is responsible for processing your data?
Within the meaning of the General Data Protection Regulation, the data controller is JEMS (389 309 360 R.C.S. 2/ Why is your personal data used and on what basis?
JEMS processes your personal data when you contact our services by email, telephone, or any other means of communication. Below are the reasons why we process your data.
- Managing your application files as part of recruitment procedures. This processing is necessary for the legitimate interests of JEMS to have additional human resources. Your consent may be requested so that JEMS keeps your file on file in order to offer you deals that may match your profile.
- Commercial management in particular in order to (1) select service providers, and (2) meet the technical and commercial needs of customers and prospects. This processing is based on (1) the need to perform pre-contractual and contractual measures, and (2) the need to comply with one or more legal obligations, in particular in the context of invoicing.
- Responding to and handling your requests in connection with the exercise of rights under the GDPR. This processing is based on the legal obligation to comply with the exercise of rights under Articles 15 to 23 of the GDPR.
- Ensure the proper functioning and security of the website. This processing is based on JEMS's legitimate interest in improving its website and providing secure browsing.
- Conduct website audience analysis. This processing is based on JEMS's legitimate interest in compiling statistics on visits to its website in order to improve the quality of navigation. You can configure your preferences regarding this data collection below.
3/ How long do we keep your data?
Your information is kept for the period strictly necessary to achieve the above objectives or to comply with legal, regulatory, administrative, or judicial obligations.
4/ Who has access to your data?
Employees in the administrative, recruitment, human resources, project management, customer relations and sales, accounting and management control, and IT departments may have access to some of your data.
JEMS may be required to communicate information within the Group JEMS, to its external service providers, subcontractors, and partners whose involvement is strictly necessary to achieve one of the aforementioned purposes.
Finally, as part of its legal and regulatory obligations, JEMS may be required to provide certain data to law enforcement authorities, judicial and/or administrative authorities, particularly in the context of legal proceedings, when requested to do so.
