In October 2021, JEMS launched the project to be accredited «Great Place To Work».In 2 months, the team is in place, the survey launched, and the report completed. And the response comes in hot on its heels: JEMS is certified GREAT PLACE TO WORK 2022. A complete success.
Following the project launch, all JEMS employees are invited to complete a completely anonymous survey covering various aspects of working at the company: trust in management, employee pride in their work, and conviviality and relationships between colleagues. The pride pillar will be unanimously agreed upon.
