JEMS, leading French industrial data player, Soumia Malinbaum appointed Director of External Relations & CSR

Paris, 27 March, 2024 – JEMS Group, Big Data expert and leading data industry player, announces the appointment of Soumia Malinbaum in the position of Director of External Relations & CSR. In this capacity, she becomes a member of the group's Management Committee.

This appointment confirms JEMS's commitment to social and environmental responsibility, and his ambition to be the benchmark for responsible digital practices. Soumia Malinbaum will be tasked with steering this strategy, which includes, in particular, compliance by 2025 with the CSRD directive that sets new standards and obligations for non-financial reporting. As Director of External Relations, she will oversee relations with JEMS's stakeholders while ensuring regulatory monitoring.

Soumia Malinbaum has over thirty years of experience in the Technology and Digital sector. She founded in 1991 and managed for 15 years Specimen, a digital services company, sold in 2006 to the group Keyrus, an international player in Data Intelligence and digital transformation, where she became Group HR Director from 2006 to 2008, then Global Account Manager from 2008 to 2018. From 2019 onwards, she has served as Vice-President Business Development & ESG, supporting Keyrus in its CSR commitments in France and internationally.

In 2021, Soumia Malinbaum was elected President of the Paris Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CCIP).

Among its non-executive mandates, she is a member of the Board of Directors of the Nexity Group, a qualified member of the Board of Directors of the EDF Foundation, Chair of the Training Commission and of the Numeric'employment plan for the professional association NUMEUM, member of the Strategic Council of’AIVANCITY (School of Artificial Intelligence) and Honorary President of the’French Association of Diversity Managers that she co-founded in 2007.

Soumia holds a Master's degree in Law from Paris II Assas University (1984), a Certificate in Company Administration obtained at Sciences Po (2012) and an Executive MBA from HEC in 2018.Major Innovation).
