JEMS at the heart of UX

On May 25 and 26, the UX days took place at the Grande Halle de la Villette in Paris.

JEMS and the Design teams from Paris and Brussels were on hand to present JEMS’ UX know-how to the 800 participants. The Design teams also held themed workshops on AI – the big star of the event – and on Atomic Research, which met with great enthusiasm.

An innovative offering that attracted a great deal of interest from the UX community.

The UX days were also an opportunity for the Design teams to present the new Data by Design offer, based on three main service lines, in line with JEMS’ data expertise :

Data enhancement, accessibility and visualization, with the Dixit offer that supports companies in their end-user mastery of business intelligence tools.

User experience knowledge and optimization, dedicated to the creation of digital applications via ideation, prototyping and testing processes, which mobilizes our UX researchers, our UX writers and our UX/UI designers.

– And finally, the support of companies in their growth strategy. Our UX Strategists with Data Thinking analyze the potential of data patrimony and bring out new use cases thanks to a quantitative reading of data, a qualitative approach based on research, interviews and behavioral knowledge, and the identification of relevant socio-cultural verticals.

Our presence led to greater awareness of the JEMS brand within the UX community. We were also able to gauge, through some very pointed exchanges, designers’ interest in the use of data and its potential for realization, whether in its organizational models or its automatic (AI) or human operation, and the extent to which this issue represents a new frontier to be explored.
