Our approach
JEMS supported Hachette Éducation through several workshops to co-design the technical architecture of the Passeport Révisions platform. The intervention focused on both the design and implementation of the technical foundation, with particular attention paid to reliability, account management, e-commerce, and business development mechanisms.
The diagnosis
To support the launch of Passeport Révisions, Hachette Éducation needed a digital environment capable of supporting both the discovery of the offer, the use of online educational content, and conversion to a premium subscription.
