A full product team to acculturate to AI
JEMS gère et fait évoluer la plateforme numérique de Pathé depuis plus de 15 ans : site web, application mobile, billetterie en ligne, data platform – le tout hébergé sur AWS. Aujourd’hui, 3 billets sur 4 vendus par Pathé passent par cette plateforme.
L’enjeu était clair : déployer Claude à l’échelle de l’équipe entière – pas seulement pour les développeurs, mais pour tous les profils – afin de gagner en vitesse, en qualité et en cohérence sans créer de dette technique.
The rollout project was led by Nicolas Guichard, JEMS Delivery Lead, working directly with Jean-Christophe Désire, Pathé CIO.

Claude Code CLI via AWS Bedrock for the whole team, then Claude.ai and Claude Desktop on the Team plan.
