To build a data-centric ecosystem for better management of the property network's activity
ORPI, the leading real estate network in France, has embarked on the construction of a data-centric ecosystem for the deployment of a new CRM. The challenge was to have a platform capable of ingesting, transforming, and sharing data in real-time, in order to better understand customers, support agency performance, and equip the network with more effective analytical tools.

agencies to support
The project was intended to serve a very extensive national network, with shared management needs but also a strong requirement for local efficiency for each agency.

More than a million events a week
The data platform was designed to handle a high processing volume and make data actionable at scale.

The project is part of the transformation of a major player in the real estate sector, with a concrete challenge of performance and cost optimisation.
The project
Our approach
JEMS has designed and deployed a data-centric ecosystem for ORPI, based on Google Cloud. The intervention involved centralising CRM data, enriching the platform with other internal sources, creating APIs with Apigee to share data in real-time, and implementing Looker dashboards to manage the network's commercial and operational activities.
The diagnosis
Upon deploying its new CRM, ORPI found itself facing insufficient infrastructure for efficiently storing and utilising its data. The need, therefore, wasn't just for better analytical tools, but for the creation of a robust foundation capable of unifying customer data, streamlining its flow within the ecosystem, and making information immediately usable for branch management and marketing activation.
The key deliverables
- Development and implementation of a data-centric ecosystem adapted to ORPI's needs
- Construction and deployment of a data platform capable of handling over one million events per week
- Creating APIs with Apigee to guarantee real-time data storage, transformation and delivery
- Designing analytical dashboards offering a detailed view of commercial and operational performance
- Real-time marketing automation through data centralisation and fast processing
How can ORPI build a data platform to better manage its network and make better use of their customer data?
The benefits
A more unified customer vision
The platform allows ORPI to better understand customer needs based on centralised and shared data.
More precise steering of the agencies
Looker dashboards provide a more detailed insight into the commercial and operational performance of the network.
Real-time data circulation
APIs implemented with Apigee facilitate the rapid dissemination of information to stakeholders.
A more robust foundation for marketing automation
The centralization and speed of data processing enable real-time marketing applications.
A scalable cloud foundation
Google Cloud's architecture offers ORPI a more scalable infrastructure to support the growth of data usage.

Discover how ORPI, supported by JEMS, implemented a data platform on Google Cloud to unify customer data, drive agency performance, and enable new analytical and marketing uses.
The 6-step approach
1. Start from a dual business need
The project meets both the objective of improving customer knowledge and the need to optimise branch performance.
2. Create the platform's cloud foundation
JEMS has implemented an architecture on Google Cloud to build a high-performance and scalable infrastructure.
3. Centralise CRM and business data
The CRM data was ingested and then enriched with other internal sources to create a more complete view of the business.
4. Organise the real-time flow of data
APIs have been created with Apigee to ensure the storage, transformation, and distribution of data within the ecosystem.
5. Provide management tools
Interactive dashboards in Looker have been designed to track the activity and performance of each agency.
6. Activate new marketing uses
The ecosystem also allows for some marketing actions to be automated in real-time from better centralised data.
